Day-wise Itinerary for Kinnaur Valley Tour From Chandigarh

Day 1 : Transfer From Chandigarh to Sarahan(275 km,9-10 hrs)

Your voyage to Kinnaur starts from Chandigarh, travelling through Parwanoo, Shimla, Fagu, and then finally parking at Sarahan.
There are many pauses planned for embellishing the ride with splendour and to avoid it being mundane.
- The 1^st would be Pinjore Gardens amble, followed by a halt at Timber Trail Resort in Parwanoo.

Day 2 : Relocation from Sarahan to Sangla(225 km,7-8 hrs)

Day 3 : Local Sightseeing of Chitkul and Sangla Valley

Morning could be well spent walking along the River Baspa’s embankment, watching the scenery.
Further, you shall be driven to Chitkul – India’s Last inhabitant village. Relish the lunch at ‘Hindustan ka Akhri Dhaba’ in the hamlet.
Other places to explore in Chitkul are Mathi Devi Temple and Step Waterfalls.

Day 4 : Sangla to Kalpa Excursion 2,758 metres / 9,048 feet (40 kms/ 2-3 hrs)

Day 6 : Relocation from Kalpa to Shimla(245 km,7-8 hrs)

Bid adieu to Kinnaur early in the morning to ride towards Shimla and reach the town by evening. This will enable you to explore the ‘Queen of Hills’ in the evening.
- The Ridge has renowned tourist spots near it. That could be reached on foot – Scandal Point, Wax Museum, Christ Church, and Gaiety Theatre.
- Finally, the Mall road would be trudged and explored in the night for a leisurely experience

Day 7 : Shimla-Chandigarh (130 Kms,3-4 Hours)
