Kinnaur Valley Taxi Tour From Chandigarh

Day 1 Transfer From Chandigarh to Sarahan(275 km,9-10 hrs)

• Your voyage to Kinnaur starts from Chandigarh, travelling through Parwanoo, Shimla, Fagu, and then finally parking at Sarahan.
• There are many pauses planned for embellishing the ride with splendour and to avoid it being mundane.
  • The 1^st would be Pinjore Gardens amble, followed by a halt at Timber Trail Resort in Parwanoo.
  • On the way, at Shimla you will be having Lunch at Shimla’s Mall road. Spend some time there before embarking on the further journey.
  • Thereafter, a short break at Fagu will be provided.
  • Have the evening tea at Narkanda, followed by a visit to the Hattu temple and Hattu Peak there.
  •  Reach Sarhan in the late night. And retire to the bed to get rest.

Day 2 Relocation from Sarahan to Sangla(225 km,7-8 hrs)

• Before embarking on the journey to Kinnaur valley today, garner blessing at BheemKali Temple
• A short relaxing and stretching break you will get while the gasoline is filled in the car.
• For lunch break, stoppage at Kharcham Dam will be rendered.
• Reach Sangla and after checking in the hotel, head to explore Kamru fort. The fortress is an abode of the two deities God Badrinath (believed to be the creator of the fort) and Goddess Kamakshi Devi.

Day 3 Local Sightseeing of Chitkul and Sangla Valley

• Morning could be well spent walking along the River Baspa’s embankment, watching the scenery.
• Further, you shall be driven to Chitkul – India’s Last inhabitant village. Relish the lunch at ‘Hindustan ka Akhri Dhaba’ in the hamlet.
• Other places to explore in Chitkul are Mathi Devi Temple and Step Waterfalls.
• On the way back to Sangla in the evening, Rachkam and Batseri villages would be unknotted.

Day 4 Sangla to Kalpa Excursion 2,758 metres / 9,048 feet (40 kms/ 2-3 hrs)

• Today, on the Kinnaur taxi Package, another sparkly gem of the mystical valley would triumphed.
• Stupefied by the gushing Sutlej River, the expedition to Kalpa would have these places on the way – Kharcham, Powri and Reckong Peo.  
•  The view of the Mt. Kinnaur Kailash from everywhere in Kalpa would make you sense the presence of the mighty Shiva, during your stopover in the town.
• As you will reach the town in a few hours, take the advantage of the opportunity to explore a few places before night engulf the town.

Day 5 Kalpa Local Sightseeing

• It is the last t be spent in the Kinnaur Valley. Hence, we have tried to make it as amazing as we can with visits to a few popular tourist sites.
  • Chakka Peak: Ideal for hiking and enjoying the views around.
  • Roghi Village: A beautiful set up by nature where the best memories and pictures would be captured by your brain and camera.
  • Kalpa Suicide Point: Adding a hint of thrill to your Kinnaur trip, this viewpoint can be visited anytime during the day. But, the best time, we feel, is in the evening to gawk at the mesmerizing sunset.

Day 6 Relocation from Kalpa to Shimla(245 km,7-8 hrs)

• Bid adieu to Kinnaur early in the morning to ride towards Shimla and reach the town by evening. This will enable you to explore the ‘Queen of Hills’ in the evening.
  • The Ridge has renowned tourist spots near it. That could be reached on foot – Scandal Point, Wax Museum, Christ Church, and Gaiety Theatre.
  • Finally, the Mall road would be trudged and explored in the night for a leisurely experience

Day 7 Shimla-Chandigarh (130 Kms,3-4 Hours)

• It is the final day of the Kinnaur Valley tour.
• But, it is not your last vacation. More are coming in the future.
